We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Venessa and everything she did to make our wedding day so beautiful and stress-free!

We hired Venessa for month-of coordination, and it was easily one of the best decisions we made. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she kept us organized, on track, and in communication with all of our vendors. Instead of spending the final month worrying about timelines, logistics, and all of the little details, we were actually able to enjoy the excitement leading up to our wedding.

On the wedding day itself, Venessa was absolutely incredible. She coordinated directly with all of our vendors, managed the timeline, helped with setup and decorating, and made sure everything came together exactly as planned. We were able to spend the morning getting ready, being with our wedding party and family, and focusing on the fact that we were about to get married — we genuinely did not have to lift a finger or worry about what was happening behind the scenes.

She also did an amazing job helping bring our vision for the reception together. She worked directly with our florist on the tablescape and helped with so many of the details throughout the day, including our baskets, welcome area/signage, décor, and table setup.

Looking back at our photos, we are still blown away by how beautiful everything looked and how seamlessly the entire day came together. More importantly, we were actually able to be present and enjoy our wedding because Venessa was taking care of everything else.

If you are considering hiring Venessa, especially for wedding planning, we cannot recommend her enough! She took so much stress off our shoulders and allowed us to simply be the bride and groom, get married, celebrate with the people we love, and enjoy every minute of our day. We are so grateful to her for everything she did for us!
